This in-person leadership training is designed to equip command leaders, CFLs, medical staff, chaplains, and support personnel with the tools to recognize, understand, and respond to eating disorders in the military community. Hosted by SEA WAVES, the nation’s first and only nonprofit dedicated exclusively to eating disorders and suicide prevention in the military population, this training highlights the serious connection between disordered eating, mental health, and military readiness.
