Eating Disorder Screening & Resource Program

n recognition of Eating Disorder Awareness Week (February 23 – March 1), SEA WAVES is offering free, confidential, one-hour clinician-supervised eating disorder screenings for service members, veterans, and military families. These virtual sessions are designed to meet the military community where they are, providing an overview of symptoms, identifying areas that may benefit from further evaluation, and offering guidance on support options without pressure or obligation.

Screenings are not diagnostic evaluations and do not provide an official eating disorder diagnosis. Diagnostic evaluations can only be made through a comprehensive assessment conducted by a licensed mental health professional.
